Welcome to Maxpods! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note that all products sold by us are master copies and not original branded items. While we ensure the quality of our products, minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to production differences, which customers acknowledge and accept at the time of purchase.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy, subject to eligibility. To qualify for a replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is mandatory. Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair will not be eligible for replacement. Before approval, all returned items will undergo an inspection to verify eligibility. If the criteria are not met, the replacement request will be denied. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.
